"Your Content" means the trip details, documents, images, notes, messages, and other materials you submit to the Service. You retain all rights in Your Content. You grant 31k.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, modify, and create derivative works of Your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service (for example, parsing a confirmation email into trip activities or generating itinerary suggestions).

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or probe for security vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending excessive automated traffic or scraping content.
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others, or post content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train machine-learning models using our outputs, unless expressly authorized by us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to parse trip content and generate chat responses, suggestions, and itinerary analysis. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date. You are responsible for verifying any travel details — including dates, prices, bookings, visas, and local conditions — before relying on them. The Service is not a substitute for professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with, or link to, third-party services (for example, OAuth providers, airline websites, maps, or booking platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Fees

The Service may offer free and paid features. If we introduce paid plans or charge for specific features, we will disclose the pricing and billing terms before you incur a charge. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, logos, and content we create — is owned by 31k.io and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 31K.IO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold 31k.io harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and 31k.io agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 31k.io regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
